Terry K. Miller, AIA, NCARB, joined Cordell as a principal and co-owner in 2013.

Prior to joining Cordell Mr. Miller served as CEO of HNTB Design Build which delivers global design build services in partnership with national and international contractors for infrastructure and building projects throughout the world. The wide range of major design build projects managed throughout his career including SR99 Bored Tunnel in Seattle ($1.09B); I-90 Cleveland Innerbelt ($270M); Fort Lauderdale runway and taxiway expansion ($176M); expansion of passenger terminal at San Diego Airport ($472M); infrastructure additions and enhancements of US Naval Facilities in Guam ($500M); the NFL stadium Sports Authority Field (Denver Broncos Stadium ($400M) and many more.

Mr. Miller also served as chief executive officer of HNTB Architecture, which delivers specialized architecture, engineering and planning services throughout the country. Under Mr. Miller’s leadership more than 300 architecture, urban design and planning professionals developed projects including Chicago Midway Airport Terminal, Los Angeles International Airport Tom Bradley International Terminal, National Nuclear Security Administration Facility, Las Vegas Convention Center, Kansas City’s Bartle Hall Convention Center, INVESCO Field at Mile High in Denver, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, and the Oakland Coliseum and Oracle Arena.

Miller holds a M.S. in Architectural Engineering and a B.S. in Environmental Design from the University of Kansas.

Don C. Webb, founded Cordell Corporation in 1993.

As president of Cordell Corporation, Webb oversaw the emergency restoration of the Los Angeles Coliseum following the 1994 Northridge Earthquake; the major expansion of the Oakland Coliseum; development of Oracle Arena for the Golden State Warriors; development of Raley Field Ballpark in Sacramento; and, major renovation and expansion of the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles among other projects.

Prior to founding Cordell Corporation, Mr. Webb was Executive Vice President and a founding executive of Spectacor Management Group (SMG) and was responsible for SMG’s growth and development efforts through acquisition, real estate development and capital leasing of sports, convention, entertainment and recreation facilities. During Webb’s leadership, SMG grew to the international industry leader with more than 9,000 employees operating facilities throughout the US and Europe. Mr. Webb has directed lease and other significant negotiations with City, County and State governments as well as with major University and professional sports franchises throughout the U.S. and internationally. He has developed financing plans for major stadium and arena development and acquisition efforts, professional sports franchise acquisitions and facility improvements.

Mr. Webb was appointed by the Governor of California to the Los Angeles State Building Authority and the Oakland State Building Authority.
